Vegan Hammy Cold Cuts Recipe

Hammy Cold Cuts
2 C Cooked White Beans
1/2 C applesauce
1/4 C masa
1 Tbsp. Bragg's or soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Nutritional yeast (optional)
1 tsp.. Liquid smoke
2 tsp. Bacon salt
2 Tbsp. Maple syrup (you could sub brown sugar or molasses)
House seasoning, to taste

Preheat oven to 400.

Mash the beans in a bowl and add all the other ingredients, mixing together. The mash should not be completely purified beans, but still a bit chunky.

Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Spread bean mash thinly over cookie sheet (tiny hands are great at helping for this least until they decide smashing through the beans to the cookie sheet is more fun).

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until crispy. Cut into cold cut-sized (about 2 x 4 inches or so) sheets and serve wherever you would use ham cold cuts.
